Organic Stretch is a practice of medical massage and stretching therapy. Our goal is to increase client flexibility and reduce pain and stress. We use a combination of medical massage techniques, including PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching techniques to improve flexibility, imbalance, and posture, and to reduce muscle tension, chronic pain, and stress.
We collaborate with clients in group or individual sessions based on their needs and medical recommendations. Our goal is to improve the maintenance of a healthy and active lifestyle. Trained staff will work with you to determine appropriate and consistent resistance. Unlike Pilates and Yoga, which have training components, Organic Stretch offers one assisted stretch program that allows you to take off your shoes, rest, relax and rejuvenate.
